BYLC has successfully organized 4 consecutive Art and Practice of Leadership (APL) workshops, APL 10-13. Over 150 young students graduated the APL program as leaders, pledging to work for the nation’s growth and development. The graduates received 3 days of leadership training, learnt case analysis techniques, honed team building skills, and consulted with experts regarding their career. This year the BYLC team reached the port city, Chittagong, to introduce APL 13.

Following each APL workshop, BYLC Office of Professional Development conducted two-day long professional development workshop to ready the fresh graduates for their dream career.
