Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drive revenue growth and maximize space utilization of Y-Space through proactive lead generation, strategic marketing, and high-conversion client engagement. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience that supports client acquisition, retention, and repeat business. Lead revenue-focused initiatives including sales pipeline development, event activation, and integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, aligned with BYLC policies and business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Major responsibilities<\/strong> (detailed job description will be available for short-listed candidates)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Own and drive revenue generation targets<\/strong> through effective sales strategies, lead conversion, and upselling opportunities
\u25cf Develop and execute lead generation strategies<\/strong> via both offline (60%) and online (40%) channels<\/strong>, including partnerships, outreach, and digital campaigns
\u25cf Plan and implement marketing campaigns and event activations<\/strong> to attract new clients and increase brand visibility
\u25cf Manage the full sales funnel<\/strong>: inquiry handling, client tours, pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing deals
\u25cf Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention, repeat business, and referral generation<\/strong>
\u25cf Design and implement customer engagement and loyalty strategies<\/strong> to enhance long-term value and occupancy rates
\u25cf Coordinate and execute events, workshops, and trainings<\/strong> as revenue-generating opportunities and lead magnets
\u25cf Oversee daily operations of Y-Space, ensuring readiness, service quality, safety, and client satisfaction
\u25cf Optimize space utilization and pricing strategies<\/strong> based on demand trends and business goals
\u25cf Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, revenue performance, and client data<\/strong>, and generate regular performance reports
\u25cf Collaborate closely with the BYLC marketing team to align campaigns, branding, and promotional activities
\u25cf Manage vendor relationships and operational support functions (IT, maintenance, cleaning, security) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desired candidate profile:<\/strong>

Education:<\/strong>

\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience:<\/strong>

\u25cf 1\u20133 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, coworking, hospitality, or event management<\/strong>
\u25cf Proven track record in revenue generation, lead conversion, and client relationship management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional qualification:<\/strong>

\u25cf Training\/certification in Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Event Management, or Business Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
