By empowering young people to act on behalf of issues they deeply care about, BYLC aspires to create a prosperous, just, inclusive society and a sustainable world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Y-Space and deliver a high-quality client experience that supports strong space utilization and revenue generation. Manage inquiries, tours, bookings, and event coordination while maintaining facility standards, safety, and accurate operational records in line with BYLC policies and applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Major responsibilities<\/strong>&nbsp;(detailed job description will be available for short-listed candidates)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Manage daily operations of Y-Space, ensuring opening\/closing procedures, readiness, cleanliness, and safety standards<br>\u25cf Coordinate room bookings, desk allocations, schedules, and overall space organization<br>\u25cf Liaise with vendors and support teams (cleaning, IT, maintenance, security) and manage supplies\/inventory<br>\u25cf Develop and implement the Y-Space Operational Manual, Annual Operational Plan, and monitor the Business Plan<br>\u25cf Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; deliver onboarding, ensure excellent service, and retain members<br>\u25cf Support marketing and sales conversion via on-ground outreach (60%) + digital channels (40%), collaborating with BYLC marketing<br>\u25cf Drive lead generation, tours, pitching, follow-ups, upselling, and support monthly\/quarterly revenue targets<br>\u25cf Coordinate events\/trainings logistics, ensure smooth execution, and maintain booking logs, invoicing support, and performance reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desired candidate profile:<\/strong><br><strong><\/strong><br><strong>Education:<\/strong><br><strong><\/strong><br>\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><br><strong><\/strong><br>\u25cf 1\u20133 years (operations\/customer service\/coworking\/hospitality\/event coordination or relevant)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Professional qualification:<\/strong><br><strong><\/strong><br>\u25cf Preferred\u2014training\/certification in customer service, sales, event management, or facilities operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employment type:&nbsp;<\/strong>Contractual<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job location:&nbsp;<\/strong>Dhaka HQ<br><strong><br>Application procedure:&nbsp;<\/strong>Send your updated resume with a cover letter (mandatory) to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:career@bylc.org\">career@bylc.org<\/a>, mentioning the position name in the subject line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline:<\/strong>&nbsp;This position will remain open until the vacancy is filled.
