With the aim to develop compassionate, competent, and courageous leaders, BYLC envisions that these youth will have a high impact in the public, private, and civil sectors and demonstrate proactive actions for positive socio- economic and environmental changes. By empowering young people to act on behalf of issues they deeply care about, BYLC aspires to create a prosperous, just, inclusive society and a sustainable world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Facilitating and supporting the team in different roles and working as a core member of the SDP team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Major responsibilities<\/strong>&nbsp;(detailed job description will be available for short-listed candidates)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Support marketing and admissions processes by conducting institutional visits, facilitating workshops and outreach activities, reviewing applications and written submissions, and coordinating candidate interviews.<br>\u25cf Co-instruct core BYLC programs while providing continuous support, supervision, and constructive feedback to facilitators and the teaching team.<br>\u25cf Supervise facilitators and participants during classes and community service programs, ensuring smooth program delivery and engagement.<br>\u25cf Maintain and monitor program records, including attendance tracking, facilitator coordination, graduate list preparation, and timely submission of reports and deliverables.<br>\u25cf Document program learnings, outcomes, and challenges before, during, and after program execution using data-driven and strategic reporting, along with other responsibilities assigned by SDP management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desired candidate profile:<\/strong><br><strong><\/strong><br><strong>Education:<\/strong><br><strong><\/strong><br>\u25cf Bachelors in any relevant field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><br><strong><\/strong><br>\u25cf 0-1 year (freshers are encouraged to apply)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employment type:<\/strong>&nbsp;Full Time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job location:<\/strong>&nbsp;Dhaka HQ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application procedure:<\/strong>&nbsp;Send your updated resume with a cover letter (mandatory) to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:career@bylc.org\">career@bylc.org<\/a>, mentioning the position name in the subject line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline:<\/strong>&nbsp;This position will remain open until the vacancy is filled.
