Building on our learning and past three years of experience of offering our signature leadership programs Building Bridges through Leadership Training (BBLT) and Building Bridges through Leadership Training Junior (BBLTJ) in phase I, funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN), we will offer two versions of these programs over the next five years in phase II. In Dhaka and Chattogram, where we have physical training facilities, we will offer these programs in a blended learning model (combining online and in-person classes). For youth outside Dhaka and Chattogram, we will offer these programs online. After receiving the leadership training, 3,000 BBLT and BBLTJ graduates will design and execute 375 community service projects in local communities and serve 37,500 community people. From these 375 community service projects, we will provide scale up support to 60 projects.
