About BYLC:
Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC)-the country’s first leadership institute—builds leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship skills in youth from diverse backgrounds, nurtures their values of integrity, respect, and empathy, and connects them to jobs and business opportunities. Purpose:
Facilitating and supporting the team in different roles and working as a core member of the SDP team.
Major responsibilities (detailed job description will be available for short-listed candidates)
● Support marketing and admissions processes by conducting institutional visits, facilitating workshops and outreach activities, reviewing applications and written submissions, and coordinating candidate interviews.
● Co-instruct core BYLC programs while providing continuous support, supervision, and constructive feedback to facilitators and the teaching team.
● Supervise facilitators and participants during classes and community service programs, ensuring smooth program delivery and engagement.
● Maintain and monitor program records, including attendance tracking, facilitator coordination, graduate list preparation, and timely submission of reports and deliverables.
● Document program learnings, outcomes, and challenges before, during, and after program execution using data-driven and strategic reporting, along with other responsibilities assigned by SDP management.
