PURPOSE


The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for assisting in customer service-related work in BYLC.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, queries, and messages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of BYLC’s programs and customer service policies
  • Listen to customers’ concerns and handle complaints
  • Give detailed explanations of BYLC’s programs to applicants when required
  • Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding
  • information to relevant departments
  • Work with programs, admission, and marketing teams to create better methods to address customer complaints
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE


Education:

  • Fresh Graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration

Required technical skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both Bangla and English
  • Customer relationship management
