Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any discipline. Masters’ degree is desirable


The prime responsibility of the Deputy Manager is to assist the Manager, BYLCx with learning development, revenue
generation ideas, content development, and production management.


  • Take ownership of and oversee all operations and deliverables of BYLCx team.
  • Oversee content development, ensuring donor requirements are met and content quality. Oversee all
    stages including needs identification, instructor engagement, research and material development,
    production, publication, etc.
  • Oversee promotion and branding, ensuring donor requirements are met and develop BYLCx as a top
    brand in online education in the country. Oversee strategy development and execution.
  • Revenue generation: develop and execute revenue generation products to meet internal targets
  • Partnerships: develop and nurture strategic partnerships with all relevant stakeholders (educational
    institutes, employers, student groups, or platforms, etc.) for content development, content distribution,
    and any other strategic purpose.
  • System and UX: ensure BYLCx platform is running smoothly and continuously improve user experience
  • Management support, including handling HR issues, finance, reporting, etc.
  • Support with strategy development



  • Four years of experience with at least one year in team management role

Required technical skills:

  • Excellent G Suite skills (including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive)
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel/other software
  • Familiarity with online platforms (online learning, e-commerce, etc.) and video production
  • Strong writing skills in English
  • Fluent in both English and Bangla
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • Employee and team management 
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Organized and multi-tasker
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
