PURPOSE


The prime responsibility of the Executive is to assist the Manager, BYLCx with learning development.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Course/Content development (both for donor courses and own projects)
  • Instructor (videos and live sessions)
  • Misc support with team objectives

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE


Experience:

  • Fresh graduate from relavant field
  • 1 year of experience will be preferred

Required technical skills:

  • Suggest topics for content development
  • Able to develop content (scripts/notes/quiz)
    from other online platforms, books and from
    own research
  • Capable of recording videos and take live
    sessions as instructor
  • Fast learner and adaptable to be able to
    provide other support as required
  • Check videos for errors and suggest improvements
  • Enjoys reading and self-development

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
