PURPOSE


The prime responsibility of the Executive, People Development is to assist the team to run day-to-day operations
smoothly.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding employees as per organizational needs
  • Preparing and maintaining employee personal files
  • Maintaining different databases (attendance and leave management, office inventory management, recruitment database, etc.)
  • Preparing different types of monthly reports for administrative purposes
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining an inventory management system
  • Assisting in handling and documentation of grievance/disciplinary issues of employees and beneficiaries
  • Procuring office supplies and monitoring them to ensure smooth office operations
  • Preparing different official papers (ToR, extension letter, experience certificate, release letter, etc.)
  • Any other departmental tasks assigned by the supervisor
