The Intern, Marketing & Communication will be responsible for assisting in Climate Pledge project-related work in Marketing and Communication, BYLC


  • Assist with content planning and content writing for social media campaigns related to the Global Youth Climate Summit 2021 and the Climate Pledge
  • Support the conduct of research relevant to the 4 main pledges that fall under the Climate Pledge
  • Provide support to advocacy efforts and campaigns on social media
  • Support in drafting web articles on project activities, concept notes, any other related documents, and email communications with partnering local and INGOs
  • Support research and advocacy efforts with stakeholders who can help further expand the reach for the Climate Pledge
  • Support team in communication with partners and media-related work related to the Climate Pledge
  • Support communications team in various admin tasks as required by the team leader.



  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program in a relevant field

Required technical skills:

  • Proficient in using G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Slides, Forms)
  • Beginner level proficiency in Excel/other software
  • Organized and multi-tasker
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in teams and coordinate with other departments
  • Demonstrated interest in the pursuit of sustainable activities and advocacy for climate change
  • Fluency in English and Bengali
  • Strong writing skills
