PURPOSE


The Intern, Relationship Management, Office of Professional Development will be responsible to assist the team with running day-to-day operations in BYLC.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Coordinating and executing alumni engagement programs and events and scheduling career counselling sessions with the program graduates and ensure the session logistics.
  • Maintaining regular communication with program participants through emails, phone calls, text messages, etc. and report accordingly.  
  • Reaching out to employers and external stakeholders to set appointments, and follow up and actively work on maintaining employer relations and employee database.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and regular data entry in different databases and trackers

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE


Education:

  • 3rd or 4th year of Undergraduate

Required technical skills:

  • Able to navigate smoothly in Zoom platform for online meetings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good data analysis skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Participate in different university level club activities
  • Have to be persistent and ability to take initiatives
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Employment type:
