Adnin Mourin is the manager of the operations and marketing team of BYLC’s Chattogram chapter. Her core responsibilities include overseeing the overall operations, promotion and outreach, admissions, partnerships, and leadership programs in Chattogram. She is also involved with the leadership development and training team for the continuous improvement of leadership training programs at BYLC.
A graduate of the fifth Building Bridges through Leadership Training (BBLT) program, Adnin was the first recruit of BYLC’s marketing and outreach team in 2016. She is one of the key initiators in starting the campus ambassador program at BYLC. Till date, more than 300 students have been recruited under this one-year-long “learning by doing” program.
She completed her executive education on design thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school) at Stanford University, USA. She earned her bachelor’s in business administration from United International University (UIU). While at UIU, she won different business and marketing competitions and was actively involved in UIU’s Business Club.
Adnin is very passionate about business and entrepreneurship and staunchly believes that the youth needs to be empowered to build a beautiful Bangladesh. She is also of the belief that leadership training gives people the exposure and opportunity to gain insight about themselves and their surroundings. Adnin aspires to be an entrepreneur through which she believes she can contribute to her country the most.
