Chowdhury Nazia Iffat Dristi is working as an executive in the people development team at BYLC. Her core responsibilities include talent acquisition, people management, employee engagement, administrative activities, assisting the team in maintaining work management, daily database maintenance, office communication, and organizational development.
Nazia has completed her bachelor’s from East West University with a major in human resource management. She was an active member of the East West University Club for Performing Arts. She has completed her SSC and HSC from Viqarunnisa Noon School and College.
Nazia is also a published writer; one of her articles titled ‘Bangladeshi Investment in Africa’ was published in the well-known local business journal The Financial Express. Nazia was a scout and a rover in her school and college. She has also represented Bangladesh in the World Heritage Jamboree 2009 in Malaysia.
