Farhana Akter Daizy is an Executive of the leadership development and teaching team at BYLC. Her core responsibilities include curriculum development for the teaching team, conducting leadership sessions using experiential learning strategies, designing training programs, developing learning materials, recruitment of facilitators.

She is currently pursuing a master’s in Development Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and completed her bachelor of science in Geology from University of Dhaka.

Daizy, a BBLT graduate herself, has been very active in accumulating knowledge and experience on leadership and beyond in the last 5 years. Besides being a graduate of the BYLC Masterclass on Leadership Development, she has also completed a course on Adaptive Leadership from Acumen courses and a course on Project Management from the University of California on Coursera. She has also co-founded Project Disha which is a community service project that aims to empower underprivileged women by creating employment opportunities.
