Mahabub Rabbani Aritro works as an Executive at BYLC Ventures. He is responsible for executing the overall planning, operations, marketing, and development of BYLC Ventures as a brand along with providing mentoring and strategic consultancy to entrepreneurs. He is also a BYLC graduate.
Prior to joining BYLC, he worked in several organizations during his undergraduate days. He started his career after graduating high school, working at a multinational BPO company called Taskeater Bangladesh (rebranded as Quantanite) as a Shift Supervisor. Afterwards, he worked at an ecommerce startup called Shophobe.com (rebranded as DeliveryHobe) in Sales. He has also worked in Event Activation & Business Development at a skill development startup, Center for Learning & Development (CLD) as well as at a digital agency, Geniee360 Digital Solution, which is the parent company of CLD.
He completed his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the School of Business & Entrepreneurship (SBE) of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). He is also the former Executive body member of Public Relations department at Independent HR Society (IHRS), the HR club of IUB. His efforts for the club had earned him an opportunity to participate in an ‘Industrial Attachment’ program as a Research Intern at Grameenphone’s Digital Innovation team.
He is passionate about business and technology. His hobbies are cooking and Netflix. He is also an advocate of skill development and gender rights.
