Sudipta is currently working as an assistant manager and faculty in the leadership development and teaching team of BYLC. His core responsibilities include conducting leadership sessions using experiential learning methodology for youth of different age groups and facilitating the leadership training programs at BYLC. He is also involved in creating strategy and action plans for the curriculum development of online and on-campus leadership training programs and assisting the team in planning and designing curriculum for the leadership programs. He also conducts workshops and presentations on leadership in different schools, colleges, and universities across the country.
Before joining BYLC, he was a fellow at Teach For Bangladesh where he worked as a teacher of 40 children in a primary school of an underprivileged community. He also ran community CAPSTONE projects that address various social adaptive challenges, where he conducted workshops and training for teachers.
Sudipta earned his master’s in educational leadership and school improvement from BRAC University and completed his bachelor of science in applied physics and electronics from the same institute.
Sudipta is passionate about music. A student of Indian classical music for the last 15 years, he is currently being trained in Nazrul Sangeet from Chhayanat. He represented Bangladesh in South Asian Universities Youth Festival three times in a row. He was also an assistant executive in BRAC University’s cultural club and currently contributes a portion of his time there as a mentor. His mission is to develop a technology-based education system in Bangladesh that reaches students from every corner of the country, thereby leading to inclusive development.
