Rashed’s core responsibilities include providing strategic business planning and assisting with strategic financial management activities, including annual budget development, ensuring financial integrity and accountability, and developing processes to make BYLC a more efficient workplace.
Rashed has almost fifteen years of experience in finance, accounts, admin, procurement, HR, secretarial, and legal affairs. Prior to joining BYLC, Rashed led the finance, accounts, and legal affairs team at Grameen Intel Social Business Ltd. and a few other organizations.
Rashed is partly qualified in chartered accountancy and completed the course with A. Wahaba & Company, Chartered Accountants. He completed his post-graduation in Accounting and Information System from Jagannath University.
He enjoys studying for his personal development and spending time with his family on his days off.
