Sakhawat’s core responsibilities include coordinating all the branch-related affairs, such as operations, accounts, logistics, programs, people management, and partnerships, alongside supervising the day-to-day activities for BYLC's leadership training programs in Chattogram.

Sakhawat is a graduate of the fourth Building Bridges through Leadership Training program of BYLC and participated in the Youth Leadership Summit 2011 and 2012. Before joining BYLC, he worked as the Vice President of Communication for BYLC Graduate Network (BGN), Chattogram chapter.

Sakhawat holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Islamic Studies from the Faculty of Arts, University of Chittagong. He is passionate about nature, traveling, Astrophysics, and learning about diversified cultures across the world.
