Rasel Munsi is Manager, Human Resource Management & Development and Administration at Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), where he leads talent development, strategic HR planning, and the implementation of systems that support the organization’s long-term vision.
With over seven years of experience in HR, administration, and project management, Rasel specializes in skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship. He has held roles across BYLC, BYLC Ventures, Praava Health, and the USAID Bijoyee Project.
He holds a BBA in Finance from North South University and a Professional MBA in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
