BYLC Youth Carnival 2019 will be held from December 27 to 28, 2019 at the Government College of Physical Education, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Pre-registration is mandatory to enter the program. The e-ticket must be presented in print format for entry to the carnival. Event registration signifies one’s consent to share information with the organizer of the carnival.

There is no registration fee but you must register to attend the Carnival.  

We will use the collective data from the registration to learn about the demographic profile of guests that attend the carnival. This will help us better organize future events. We use your information carefully and privately and it is not sold to any third party, so you can rest assured that your information will be kept confidential. 

Anyone aged between 15-30 years can register to participate in the program. However, having a valid national ID card/birth certificate/passport is a prerequisite to register for the event. Foreign nationals can register at the Carnival with their passports. Students need to bring a valid student ID card during the event, along with their e-ticket.

Students can bring their parents but they have to send an email to carnival@bylc.org and register using the link provided there.

Registration will be open on a first come, first served basis, and will close when seats are filled.

Gates will open at 8:30 am. Participants will be allowed entry only twice each day.

Gates will close at 3 pm. Entry after 3 pm is strictly prohibited. However, authority has the right to close the gate earlier if the capacity is full or seats are filled up.

Only one person can enter the venue using a single ticket. To have an orderly entry at the event, you are required to carry your National ID/ passport/ driving license or any similar photo identification with you.

The e-ticket is not transferable. All tickets will be digitally scanned to prevent the sharing of e-tickets.

No, only those with tickets will be granted permission to enter the venue.

No, BYLC will not provide transport facilities to and from the venue. Participants will have to arrange their own transportation.

No. Participants have to make their own arrangements regarding vehicle parking before entering the event.  

No items of food or drink from outside will be allowed in the venue. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.

No bags will be allowed at the venue. Wallets or purses must be smaller than five inch by ten inch.  

Lighters, matches, alcohol, vaper, cigarettes, and any tobacco-related products will not be allowed at the venue. 

Yes, of course! We strongly encourage people outside of Dhaka to participate at the Carnival.
