1. There is no registration fee for participating in this event. Registration is mandatory and the e-ticket (containing the barcode) must be presented every time when entering the venue during the two (2) day event. 

2. The e-ticket is non-transferable.

3. The e-ticket cannot be printed at the venue. There will be no on the spot registration at the venue.

4. The organizers reserve the right to pat-down a pass holder at the entry point, for security reasons, if deemed necessary.

5. Gates will open at 8:30 am and close at 3 pm. However, the authority has the right to close the gate earlier if the capacity is full or seats are filled up. 

6. Children below 15 years old are not allowed to register for the event.   

7. No bags (including backpack) will be allowed inside the venue. Guests are requested not to bring headphones. Guests may carry mobile phones, wallets, and keys in their pockets or pouches. Wallets or purses larger than five (5) inches by ten (10) inches will not be allowed inside. 

8. Smoking, vaping, and consuming alcohol or any other type of drug is strictly prohibited. Guests will not be allowed to enter premises with lighters or matches.

9. A wristband will be put on each guest at the gate. Re-entry into the venue without the wristband will not be allowed under any circumstances. 

10. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the venue. Food and beverages are available for purchase from the designated food stalls. Drinking water will be available free of charge.

11. The schedule of speakers and performances is subject to change without prior announcement. 

12. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry of person(s) or to remove them from the premises, if deemed as a security threat or an element of disturbance. 

13. The organizers reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time and also reserve the right to confiscate any item which may cause danger or disruption to other guests and if deemed as a security threat. 

14. There will be CCTV and photo/film cameras at the venue. Attending the event signifies the registration holder’s consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience with no obligations of any kind on the organizer's part.

15. The organizer will not take any responsibility for loss or theft of any personal belongings or any loss, injury, and damage to the holder of an e-ticket. 

16. There will be no parking facilities available at the venue. 

17. The e-ticket holder or parties on behalf of the ticket holder shall indemnify, hold and save harmless, and defend, BYLC, its management, board members, volunteers, and employees from and against all suits, claims, demands, and liability of any nature or kind, including their costs and expenses, arising out of acts or omissions of the e-ticket holder.

18. Seats are limited at the venue and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
