Executive, Curriculum Development


The primary role of Executive, Curriculum Development will be to conduct leadership sessions across different capacities, execute various core responsibilities within the team, and assist the team with research and development of our leadership training modules.

The Challenge

  • Conduct leadership sessions using experiential learning methodology for youth of different age groups
  • Facilitate in the leadership training programs at BYLC
  • Provide support, and feedback to the teaching team involved in the program
  • Create strategy, and action plan for the curriculum development of online, and on campus leadership training programs
  • Assist the team in planning, and designing curriculum for the leadership programs
  • Conduct research to make evidence-based improvements to the current methods of on-campus, and online leadership courses
  • Develop workbooks, booklets, and manuals for online, and on-campus leadership training programs
  • Document the meeting minutes of teaching team, and create a learning document at the end of each leadership training program
  • Maintain, and track attendance of facilitators, and participants throughout the entire course of the leadership training program, and submitting a graduate list
  • Support small groups to design, monitor, and implement social service projects at community level, and come up with sustainable interventions
  • Supervise small groups during the class, and in community service programs, and mentor members of your small group individually, and in small group
  • Document the learning, and challenge faced by each small groups, and communicate the findings to the designated teams at BYLC
  • Conduct workshops, and presentations on leadership in different schools, colleges, and universities across the country
  • Any other work related to curriculum development team, and teaching assigned by the management

The Demand

  • Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university from any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in any field (Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of teaching experience)
  • Preference will be given to teachers, trainers, and students from the education discipline

  • Experience designing projects, and implementing them in the field
  • Possess a strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic mindset

Creative Assistant, Communication

The Challenge

  • Plan and design program contents and marketing materials (both video and static)
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain website content and social media communication
  • Ensure team members meet the quality and timeline expectation
  • Prepare program related communication materials in print, electronic, and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders including media, vendors, and administrators
  • Plan, develop and drive marketing campaigns

The Demand

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably with 1 year experience in relevant field) in any discipline from any university in Bangladesh or abroad
  • Good communication skills in English and Bangla
  • Strong conceptual thinking abilities
  • Proficient in using Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere pro at least)

Intern, Admissions (Full time)

Job Description for Intern, Admissions (Full time)

The Intern, Admissions will be responsible for assisting in all the admissions related work in BYLC Dhaka office.

The Challenges:

  1. Co-ordinate and Register participants during interviews and written tests with the help of volunteers
  2. Make necessarily phone calls to candidates to inform them about interviews, written tests as well as registration
  3. Maintain regular communications and provide necessarily information to BYLC alumni, present students, potential candidates, guardians, educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders through email, phone and physical interaction
  4. Organize, maintain and entry admission related data
  5. Collect and analyze a variety of complex data and information regarding admissions, registration dates and time
  6. Assist in documentation of all training related activities
  7. Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor
