Purpose:
The prime responsibility of the Executive, Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation is to contribute to conducting evaluation of BYLC programs and assist in providing research and knowledge support for improving BYLC programs.
Major responsibilities (detailed job description will be available for short-listed candidates)
- Assist in preparing research briefs and concept notes for studies on different youth issues
- Assist in developing and implementing M&E system capturing project outputs, outcomes, and impact
- Ensuring appropriate data management systems are in place to collect and collate accurate and reliable M&E data
- Ensuring timely and efficient completion of program evaluation surveys
- Analyzing program and project evaluation data and document findings for progress reporting and strategic project steering
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual project progress and program evaluation reports for internal and external stakeholders per project requirements
- Facilitating project impact evaluations and disseminating the findings
- Any other research and program/project evaluation-related tasks as assigned

Desired candidate profile:
Educational qualification (s): Graduate in Economics, Statistics, or Social Science
Year of experience: 1-2 Years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
