Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), established in 2009, is the country’s first leadership institute. To date, BYLC has trained over 10,000 young Bangladeshis through its signature programs. Its flagship Building Bridges through Leadership Training (BBLT) program brings together students from English, Bangla, and Madrasa educational backgrounds to build inclusive leadership and bridge societal divides.
