Purpose:
Drive revenue growth and maximize space utilization of Y-Space through proactive lead generation, strategic marketing, and high-conversion client engagement. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience that supports client acquisition, retention, and repeat business. Lead revenue-focused initiatives including sales pipeline development, event activation, and integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, aligned with BYLC policies and business objectives.
Major responsibilities (detailed job description will be available for short-listed candidates)
● Own and drive revenue generation targets through effective sales strategies, lead conversion, and upselling opportunities
● Develop and execute lead generation strategies via both offline (60%) and online (40%) channels, including partnerships, outreach, and digital campaigns
● Plan and implement marketing campaigns and event activations to attract new clients and increase brand visibility
● Manage the full sales funnel: inquiry handling, client tours, pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing deals
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention, repeat business, and referral generation
● Design and implement customer engagement and loyalty strategies to enhance long-term value and occupancy rates
● Coordinate and execute events, workshops, and trainings as revenue-generating opportunities and lead magnets
● Oversee daily operations of Y-Space, ensuring readiness, service quality, safety, and client satisfaction
● Optimize space utilization and pricing strategies based on demand trends and business goals
● Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, revenue performance, and client data, and generate regular performance reports
● Collaborate closely with the BYLC marketing team to align campaigns, branding, and promotional activities
● Manage vendor relationships and operational support functions (IT, maintenance, cleaning, security) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
Desired candidate profile:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Experience:
● 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, coworking, hospitality, or event management
● Proven track record in revenue generation, lead conversion, and client relationship management
Professional qualification:
● Training/certification in Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Event Management, or Business Development
