Asif`s core responsibilities includes generating employment for project beneficiaries of BYLC’s career development programs, partnering with potential employers, and developing strategies to brand the institute’s Office of Professional Development.

Over the last eight years, Asif has been involved in designing and implementing skills and capacity programs for youth in the country. Prior to joining BYLC, he worked at Bdjobs.com Ltd. and coordinated the LEDP project of the ICT Division and the Leveraging ICT Project (Top Up IT Training Program), where he worked to ensure 70 percent placement of the total students enrolled for the training.

Asif is a BBLT 5 graduate, a Youth Leadership Summit (YLS) delegate, and also a facilitator of YLS 2016. He graduated from the Institute of Business Administration at Jahangirnagar University, securing government scholarships each year.

Asif likes to play the guitar and compose pieces on harmonic scales. He loves traveling, exploring nature, and observing people.
