BYLC Education & Training Sector Career Bootcamp is for all those interested in pursuing the education or training sector but lack the technical and soft skills to launch their career.

CAREERBOOTCAMP

Build a meaningful career choice

In Bangladesh, the education sector was one of the worst pandemic victims. From primary to tertiary, educators, administrators, and students have struggled with the skills gaps that exacerbated the country's overall educational progress. This sector doesn't only offer jobs but also creates exclusive scopes to contribute to society through different pathways. Being an educator demands several transferable skills and an adaptive mindset to solve multi-faced problems regularly. Teaching, training, research, institution management, and administration are open for the new generation of job-seekers to explore.

Aligning with the opportunities provided by this high potential sector for young job seekers, we are organizing a month-long BYLC Education & Training Sector Bootcamp from November 25 to December 24, 2022, where participants can gain first-hand knowledge from esteemed faculty members and renowned industry experts on the skills and mindset required to enter these industries. The bootcamp will feature sector specific expert faculty who will train participants on critical employability skills such as curriculum development, data analysis, classroom management, education entrepreneurship, social research, public speaking, and much more. Additionally, graduates of the bootcamp will gain exclusive access to career mentoring and job placement opportunities with BYLC’s partner organizations, including the 100+ companies affiliated with BYLC Office of Professional Development (OPD).
