Purpose:
The prime responsibility of the Creative Executive is to manage different design related assignments and assist the Creative Lead and Creative Associate of the team to track and maintain day-to-day activities of the department.

Core responsibilities:
● Plan and design different contents and marketing materials (both video and static)
● Generate innovative ideas and creative content for print and digital platforms
● Making creative digital visual effects, motion graphics, Graphics design & video editing for Social media like YouTube, Facebook & any other relevant sources
● To design brochure, Poster, logo, banner and advertisement (Print, Outdoor & Digital), digital contents and other communication materials
● Develop engaging, creative, innovative static for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
● To create materials by using computer software programs like- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Premiere Pro or any other motion graphics & animation software.
● To review design drafts by Supervisor and make revisions based on the feedback received
● Conducting research on current presentation and design trends, learning new concepts and tools, and keeping updated

Education:
Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline.

Experience:
More than 1 year experience in relevant field is preferred

Required technical skills:
● Proficient in using Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere pro)

Purpose:
This position is at the heart of the Fundraising and Partnerships team. The Manager will be responsible for BYLC's fundraising and partnership development strategies and initiatives. With a specific focus on prospect researching, proposal writing, partner and donor relationship management, the Manager will support a strong fundraising pipeline aligned to BYLC's strategic plan, mission, and vision.

Core responsibilities:
● Manage the team members, provide technical supports, and monitor daily activities
● Develop strategies for successful engagement with donors and key stakeholders including government and private sectors
● Identify and track fundraising opportunities such as announced call for proposals (CFP/RFP) and request for submission of EOIs from different bilateral, multilateral, and other unsolicited funding organizations
● Lead the fundraising activities in relation with drafting, consolidating, reviewing project concept notes, and technical and financial proposals
● Develop and implement a private sector fundraising strategy to manage sponsorship for our events and programs
● Investigate and contribute to strategic decisions in relation to developing alternative income streams
● Develop new partnerships and manage current engagements including identifying and building relationships with prospective collaborative partners on bids
● Coordinate with all the program teams and other relevant teams to design new program activities and events
● Develop communication materials to showcase our services and success stories
● Communicate BYLC's value proposition to potential donors and partners through presentations and writeups
● Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior management team

Education:
Undergraduate or Master’s degree in social sciences, international development, communication and marketing,
economics, business administration or related field

Experience:
At least 7 years’ proven experience of successful partnership development with and fundraising from major donors
and/or foundations in Bangladesh or abroad

Required technical skills:

Purpose:
The prime responsibility of the Assistant Manager, Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation is to contribute to conducting evaluation of BYLC programs and assist the RME team in providing research and knowledge support for improving BYLC programs

Core responsibilities:
● Prepare research briefs and concept notes for studies on different youth issues
● Develop and implement M&E system capturing project outputs, outcomes, and impact
● Ensure appropriate data management systems are in place to collect and collate accurate and reliable M&E data
● Ensure timely and efficient completion of program evaluation surveys
● Analyze program and project evaluation data and document findings for progress reporting and strategic
project steering
● Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual project progress and program evaluation reports for
internal and external stakeholders per project requirements
● Facilitate external project evaluations
● Generate new ideas for future program development and provide analytical insight
● Any other research and program/project evaluation-related tasks as assigned

Education:
Graduate in economics, sociology, statistics, education, or any research-related field

Experience:
3-4 years of experience in research-related work

Purpose:
The Deputy Manager, Professional Development and Training (PDT) will provide learning opportunities for the professional development of program graduates and work to place them in full-time or part-time roles aligned with their career choices.

Core responsibilities:
● Forming partnerships with University clubs and organizations of reputed education institutes
● Conduct regular monthly workshop training in collaboration with the University clubs to ensure a continuous flow of students are coming to the professional development programs
● Conduct training for different program departments such as Ventures, Leadership Development and Teaching team, BYLCx, etc as and when required
● Design a robust curriculum to increase the employability rate of PDT-led program graduates and constantly update the curriculum based on job market trends and employers’ expectations from job applicants
● Lead the teaching and facilitation team for PDT and ensure their proper training and mentorship
● Conduct training sessions in the career development programs and coordinate with the Employer Engagement team to manage the resource people for the training sessions if/when needed
● Coordinate with the procurement and program teams (or responsible team for logistics) to ensure the logistics of the professional development programs
● Work with the BYLCx team to develop video lectures for dissemination through our online platform as well as, to ensure the PDT-led programs following the blended learning model run smoothly
● Coordinate with the marketing and admission teams to onboard the participants of the PDT-led programs and events
● Plan and strategize the retention mechanism for the program participants to ensure the maximum number of participants graduate from the programs
● Coordinate with the Employer Engagement team to hand over the PDT program participants after their graduation from the program
● Arrange and conduct regular workshops and sessions for the alumni of PDT by conducting sessions inside and outside of Dhaka, if and when required
● Able to meet donor targets and requirements as assigned by the management
● Develop the curriculum, plan, coordinate, and conduct the training sessions for the Facilitators for Facilitator Development Programs to prepare them for professional development program
● Ensure documentation of the sessions for continuous improvement

Education:
Bachelors in any relevant field. Masters students will be preferred.
