Purpose:
The role of Executive/Senior Executive, Private Sector Engagement is designed to strengthen and expand partnerships with the private sector to enhance employment outcomes for graduates. It involves managing and coordinating partner engagement efforts, ensuring that trainees gain meaningful exposure to job opportunities and are successfully placed. The role also focuses on developing strategic collaboration plans that involve partners in broader organizational initiatives, aiming to secure long-term investment, funding, and support from the private sector. Ultimately, the position plays a key role in advancing the organization’s goal of self-sufficiency and impact sustainability.
Major responsibilities (detailed job description will be available for short-listed candidates)
● Design and execute strategic engagement plans with the private sector, and craft innovative investment strategies to attract partners and investors for BYLC OPD to meet investment targets
● Develop comprehensive partner and donor engagement strategies to strengthen collaborations, expand support, and secure critical funding and resource support
● Lead partnership development by identifying new opportunities, generating strategic leads, and coordinating partnerships among OPD and Career Centers to mobilize resources
● Prepare, negotiate, and finalize MoUs and partnership agreements with private sector companies, ensuring successful signing, formalization, and long-term collaborations
● Secure brand integration and product promotion opportunities, organize high-impact job linkage events like ‘Youth for Youth’ and ‘Career Expo’, and cultivate long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders
Desired candidate profile:
Education:
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably from Business, Marketing
Experience:
● Minimum 3 years’ experience; preference for backgrounds in business development, partnership development, and investment acquisition
Duration: 12 months to 14 months (based on the availability of funds)

Purpose:
To facilitate BYLC's signature Building Bridges through Leadership Training (BBLT) and BBLT Junior (BBLTJ) programs in Chattogram by bridging the learning between instructors and students and contributing to program implementation and impact.
Major responsibilities
● Assist the teaching team in conducting sessions using experiential learning methodology
● Actively observe, interpret, and intervene to enhance student learning
● Provide feedback and support to the teaching team
● Maintain and track participant attendance throughout the program
● Weekly check of assessments and update the program database
● Guide and support small groups in project design, monitoring, and implementation
● Document learning and challenges faced by each group, and communicate findings with the teaching team
● Contribute to other team efforts as needed
Desired candidate profile:
Education: Must be enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of undergraduate studies, or currently pursuing a master’s degree
Experience: Previous internship, facilitation, or teaching experience preferred
Duration: This is a contractual role with two program cycles:
● BBLTJ 50: June 16 to July 17, 2025
● BBLT 52: July 20 to September 20, 2025
