Purpose:

Purpose:
The Manager of the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team will work to ensure that BYLC is adhering to quality and accountability, both from donor requirements and, importantly, resulting in immediate and long-term changes in the lives of the communities that BYLC serves. S/he will bring considerable experience and new ideas to lead M&E system implementation, project evaluations, M&E budgeting, and research studies that align with BYLC’s vision, mission, and goals. The Manager will also work closely with the Fundraising and Partnership Development team to support proposal writing and development of theory of changes, logical frameworks, and results frameworks for new projects. A central focus of this position will be on building and supporting M&E capacity among all staff.

Core responsibilities:

● Ability in developing and designing the curriculum for the accelerator program
