Once you have successfully registered, you will be added to the Facebook group created for the purpose of assisting all the participants of the Career Expo. Through this group, you may avail any necessary information that may help your better understanding.
You will be providing your resume at the time of registering, which needs to be updated with your latest information. After the completion of Career Camp, we will hold a resume checking session, where we will communicate any necessary changes that you may introduce in your resume, and you can make updates accordingly to ensure a perfect resume for yourself before Career Expo.
Employers will communicate the job openings directly to the participants. Despite getting the JD in written form, sometimes we misinterpret information which leads to an unsuccessful job application. To mitigate this sort of situation, we will arrange sessions where employers will showcase the current job openings.
In the registration form, you will be provided with an option to choose a date when you are available to attend any of the sessions physically. Owing to the pandemic situation, we have decided to limit physical participation. Nevertheless, you may definitely attend the sessions virtually through zoom.
Our mock interview sessions can only be availed by students who are fresh graduates or soon-to-be graduates, as they will be eligible for entering the job markets at this certain time.
These programs were arranged by BYLC to elaborately cover all the necessary soft skills required for the preparation of a professional career. In these sessions and workshops of Career Camp, we will be summarizing the significant key points, within a short time, mandatory for an active engagement in Career Expo, that too, from the employers themselves which will provide participants with a detailed comprehension.
You can avail any information from the Facebook group where you will be added after registering. For personal assistance, you will be divided into groups after registration, each group will be assigned with a facilitator, who will aid you in all your queries throughout Career Expo.
During the Career camp, we will check your resumes. Hence, If you fail to attend any of the sessions of the career camp, we will not be able to forward your resume to employers. Additionally, it will prohibit us from assigning you in the future. However, we will consider only in emergency situations with proper evidence and explanation.
