Leadership Facilitator, Leadership Development and Teaching

Purpose:

The role of a leadership facilitator is to assist the teaching team in planning and implementing leadership training programs. S/he will be responsible to bridge the learning between the instructors and the students through active observation, interpretation, and intervention. S/he will also get professional development opportunities through working in different capacities.

Core responsibilities:

● Assisting the teaching team in conducting sessions using experiential learning methodology
● Synthesizing and reporting regular updates and due deliverables
● Providing support and feedback to the teaching team involved in the program
● Maintaining and tracking attendance of participants throughout the entire course of the program and submitting a graduate list
● Weekly checking of assessments and updating database
● Supporting small groups to design, monitor, and implement projects
● Documenting the learning and challenges faced by each small group in a data-driven manner and communicating the findings to the teaching team
● Supporting other teams in different capacities


Desired candidate profile:

Educational qualification (s): University 3rd year and 4th year

Year of experience: N/A

Professional qualification: Internship/Facilitation/Teaching


Required technical skills:

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications

Required soft skills:

● Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication (in both English and Bangla)
● Ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds
● Exhibits good interpersonal skills
● Articulates information with a deep understanding
● Ability to grasp learning quickly
● Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
● Well organized and systematic in his/her approach to work
● Exhibits high emotional intelligence when giving and receiving feedback
