CAREERBOOTCAMP

Ace in Corporate and Management World with Career Bootcamp 2023

With the surge of industries and startups, the corporate sector in Bangladesh has evolved into a hotspot of job opportunities for fresh graduates. However, not everyone has the skills and the temperment to thrive in the corporate sector. Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) is launching the Corporate and Management Career Bootcamp 2023 to prepare aspiring candidates for the corporate world, enabling them to not just survive but thrive in their careers in this sector.

Through a three-phase learning funnel, the bootcamp aims to bridge the gap between the employers and the job seekers. In the first phase, industry leaders and experts will provide insights on the best practices of written and verbal communication, including email writing and public speaking. The second phase will help participants surf through the corporate world with confidence as they gain knowledge on presentation, team building, conflict management, and trust building. The final phase will go beyond the current practices, focusing instead on the future of employment in management and the corporate sector, touching on adaptive leadership, self-management, and team management.
