Imtiaj’s core responsibilities include ensuring mobilization and effective management of grants and resources for the proper implementation of projects, programs, and services as well as its growth and sustainability.

Imtiaj is a results-oriented community development practitioner and holds extensive knowledge and skills in carrying out all aspects of a development project from conception to execution. Prior to joining BYLC, Imtiaj worked at several social enterprises and NGOs, such as Jita Bangladesh (a care social business), Geosansar, and Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), BRAC University. He played a key role in executing projects on entrepreneurship, skill and capacity development, financial literacy, RMG mapping, women empowerment, etc. that were funded by World Bank, USAID, Asian Development Bank, Laudes Foundation, and Duncan,.

Imtiaj completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Dhaka. He is a big Chelsea Football Club fan and an enthusiast of the Marvel Universe.
